Sales covers contacts and accounts with a 360° view, your field team’s activities and calendar, catalogue and price lists, the full order cycle from draft to fulfilment, email and campaigns, and role-based reporting. One space for commercial relationships and sales data.

How does it handle contacts, accounts and relationships?

Each contact and account has a 360° record: profile, configurable taxonomies, interaction history, multiple addresses and linked documents. Company hierarchies, tax data and privacy consents sit in the same place, so the full client context is always at hand and shared across teams.

How does catalogue, price-list and order management work?

Sales manages the product catalogue by family, multiple price lists and commercial terms, and follows the order through its full cycle: draft, approval, shipping, invoicing and payment. A read-only link to your ERP brings in stock levels and invoicing status, with no double entry.

How does it handle documents, consents and signatures?

Documents, information and consents tied to the relationship live in one place, in line with GDPR. Through the integration with Askme Sign, orders and contracts move into approval and get signed with full legal value, right inside the sales process.
