What is Askme Sign?

Askme Sign is Askme’s advanced electronic signature and approval-workflow module. It handles contracts, documents and cases securely, quickly and compliantly: you prepare the documents, define the routes, assign the signers and monitor every step from a single centralised hub.

Sign supports simple, advanced and qualified electronic signatures (SES, AES and QES): you choose the level each document requires. All signatures carry full legal value, so you can match the level of assurance to the type of case.

Is it compliant with European regulations and GDPR?

Yes. Sign is designed in line with Italian and European electronic-signature regulations, consistent with the eIDAS regulation, and ensures full legal validity of signed documents. Data processing is GDPR-compliant, with a complete audit trail supporting compliance.
